In a cyberpunk megacity, Rayne is a rare tilt - a human-like being with robotic microorganisms running through her veins, that grant her superhuman abilities. Decades ago, the city's mafia leader, Ban Liebert, wiped out most of the population of the tilts, using their blood to enhance weapons and technology around the city. Luckily, Myron O'Connor, also a tilt that survived the massacre, finds Rayne and creates a team. A team against Ban's dominion. Will Ban's empire continue or, he will fall?
