Hotaru Tachibana, an aspiring 15 year old artist, moves to Iwatodai city to pursue his dreams of being a manga artist. After being wrapped up in a murder case he soon becomes overwhelmed by the greed and violence of the city. How will he cope with this foreign environment and will he make his dreams come true?
