The definition of a hero has been spoiled by the actions of those who used to be worthy of such a title. The bond between cops and vigilantes has been severed. Crime rate is higher than ever before. The city of Paperton is on the brink of chaos and the people need help, but most importantly, hope. Jason Jordy, a wannabe comic creator, is pursuing his dream of publishing his own comic. However, his plans are suddenly halted as he obtains superpowers similar to his own comic character, Towel Man.
