Puckook is aspiring to be a world renowned scientist and inventor, and is more than willing to do anything to get the attention of his idols, the Bureau of Ultimate Technology and Tinkering Society. To join their ranks as a revolutionary scientist, however, he must think of a revolutionary invention with revolutionary results, and he just might have a revolutionary idea.
