Between an aspiring monster-tamer aiming for the top of the monster battling world, a hotheaded alien martial artist facing a gauntlet of challengers from her homeworld, and a helpful (albeit somewhat annoying) talking sword hunting magical spirit beasts, three fated protagonists with very different goals get stuck traveling together, and have a very unorthodox adventure balancing all three of their dreams! Will they get in each others way, or become a true Triple Threat?
