I mean, Azrael's not entirely wrong. Yes, magically restraining girls in motel rooms isn't GREAT behaviour, but Veronica did abruptly leave her (and Prague's streets) to their own devices with no warning--and that was AFTER having terrified it for more than a decade. That's bad! Even villainous.
