Cain is a hacker in the year 2257. They have already been through four world wars and now the world is under a one world government controlled by an evil dictator. If you go against the current dictator, you get black bagged and you're either killed, or sent to the Subcity. AKA Underland. what happens when a group of rebels becomes interested in Cain's abilities?
