I found out why some of the drawings would have the colour and lines misaligned, so now there won't be any of those errors now! I might go back and edit the bad ones from previous pages if I can as well (It was from exporting from the full file to a png 50% smaller. Exporting to that size from just the full combined image prevents the misalignment from happening)
