Vicky is young med student, excited to start her first semester pursuing her dream. Her best friend Rachel kindly offered her free board at their family's abandoned Condo but Vicky quickly learns that she is not alone and that an unexpected resident is already living there. Will she be able to live comfortably in this new abode or will living conditions become too much for her to bare, eventually forcing her to move out of the dreamy condo.
