A person's Superpowers are determined by their ancestry. That is the reality of this world its truth. An infamous vigilante named Nebula Rain travels the world to defeat two factions: a genocidal organization called Dionea and an International Human Trafficking group named Aquila. Fortunately, he gains allies over time to help in this quest. Unfortunately, this three-way battle engulfs the entire world in its chaos.
