Fun fact, the planet has to go around that black hole at 0.999994 the speed of light to achieve the time dilation of 15 minutes being 3 days. Still more believable than Millers planet in Interstellar which would have to move at the 0.99999999992 TSOL. My characters use a portal therefore don't feel the speed of the planet, while in Interstellar must speed up a spaceship to almost TSOL.
