When a snakelike tribe ran short of resources they moved near another reptilian tribe. However this intoxicates the reptilians because of the serpent's infectious nature. Dhaara the snake leader fully believes that negotiation is not possible...at least not safely which only works to elevate the tension between the tribes. Now the conflict between each of the reptile races will break out into a war.
