Ever since the Night Wanderer created an unending night hundreds of years ago those with black pelts like Shadow have always been seen as bad omens amongst the Ferelan tribes. Shadows mostly peaceful life suddenly shifts into a whirlwind of dangers as her brother Dark goes missing following a series of mysterious deaths; leading Shadow and her group of friends to go to find answers across the land, all while keeping her unnatural abilities a secret from all around her.
