Weever Mailan Dana, an aspiring marine biologist tries to forge a peaceful life in a coastal town. Deemed unpleasant by most people, he seems to be finally making connections with others and achieving a sense of social belonging - until he finds himself embroiled with an ominous underground group and its members called ‘Hangmen’. Additionally, his past life seems to slowly be catching up to him, despite his efforts to leave it behind.
