Jack is believed to help a tribe escape an isolated island, stalked by hellhounds. He’s assigned a protector Luka, to keep him safe. The two boys are total opposites, and have trouble connecting, but their dangerous adventures bring them close, learning more about one another; maybe realizing they aren’t so different after all. A tragic fate awaits as hellhounds kill, blood is shed, dreams become warnings, and lies are told. Realization may come early to save the one who may be lost forever.
