A serial killer is on the loose, beheading his victims while leaving a calling card of a wilted rose petal at each scene. When detective Rose catches the eye of a charming stranger, she believes that she just might have found her prime suspect. However, every time she sees him, he sweeps her right off her feet. Rose is running out of time; will she find love or find death?
