"What is worse than not being human... is to be one"
Everyday, Jasper reads Kipling's poem, as his slum is waking up, reflecting on the meaning of being a man. Everyday, he kills time with his band, copying the adults caught a in techno-racial conflicts and terrorist attacks, without seeing all sides of the conflict. But when a Namos - a race of living-computers people accused of destroying the world - appears in front of the kids, the game turns quickly into a living night.
