The story surrounds Frankie, a young girl, who upon awakening in a bizarre setting , realizes that she had died under mysterious circumstances and been reanimated by the questionable practices of Victor Kane, a.k.a "Doctor" Frankenstein. Frankie has no recollection of how she died, or much about her past life, except for the lingering memory that she must find Cooper, her closest and oldest friend, who disappeared the night of Frankie's death.
