The local witch has turned a little dog named Benny into a human in the 1930s. Now It's Pawpaw's goal to turn he's grandson's dog back into one. While Benny trys to learn how to be human, when he has no desire to do so. The only thing he wants to do is play with he's master, or bark at other male dogs.
