...always ready to spring into action at five seconds notice. Remedial Roller Derby: Before every jam starts, one of the officials shouts "FIVE SECONDS!", then five seconds later, blows the whistle that starts the jam. It's a bit of a joke that this shout sounds a lot like "FRIED CHICKEN!"
