I added a fourth hint yesterday to help out. Budgies/Parakeets are the most popular bird type pets to own. Their third eyelid is called the nictitating membrane. And unlike other Parrots, Bugdies can also be identified by the color of their cere in most cases. How many of you got it right? More characters to come!
