Toxic Productivity is something I have IN SPADES when it comes to BPD. If I'm not doing something then I'm not worth anything at all. On the opposite end, I take any downtime, it's not long before self-loathing kicks in. It's a balance between doing enough to feel worth something and not stir crazy, but not SO much to cause a burnout or an overwhelm meltdown. Go figure!
