Since the pandemic struck, I’ve had these waves of feeling stuck and lost. It’s definitely come up again with the BLM movement, feeling stuck while also wanting to take action. So here’s a ghost hug to all of you - we will unstick ourselves! It takes a little bit of time, and self love, but we will find the energy within ourselves again. ♡
