I can finally make good pan pizza! definitely put some cornmeal on the bottom for better crunchy crust. my favorite toppings are: tomatoes, mushrooms, onions (red, or white, either way I love onions) and I also really like capers on pizza, which doesn't get much love. Try them as an alternative to olives (I love olives too) :) I also tend to go veggie only with pizzas
