A catalyst is defined as "a substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction, without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change". So the next time someone talks to you about change because they're such a catalyst for it - remember that nothing is going to happen to them. It's always much more fun and much less risky asking someone else to do the changing.
