"Resilient" is another corporate buzzword that's huge lately, even more so because of the pandemic. It's a metric of "how much crap can we shovel on you". If someone tells you to "be resilient" remember it's another way of saying "Deal with it" - not in the sense of problem solving, but in the sense of teenagers trying to be edgy. You're not expected to deal with anything besides keeping quiet.
