Motivational speak is something I often denigrate - like this snippet taken from Steve Maraboli - because it's usually thrust on you as a response to a complaint about problems. It assumes problems have to be the status quo and having problems is a good thing. But I think after this year, we have the perfect excuse to shove motivational speak up you know where.
