Disruption is the buzzword of our current era. If you're not already someone who shakes up and redefines the existing status quo or standard, either nobody will care or you end up losing out in the competition. The problem, I find, is that we become so focused on disruption we disrupt mostly for the sake of padding inflated qualifications.
