So, Toglish is far more than a firefly. He is actually an Ange. Ange are beings which inhabit the upper levels of The Aerial Planes. Toglish has metamorphed from a puttay to an inger (or from a 1st level Ange to 2nd level). They're often mistaken for fairies but are a completely different being. They'll be in "The Tome of Encounters" which I'm currently working on.
