In my country, nicknames are VERY common, and they range from cutesy to your name butchered to some observation about your appearance, to something you said wrong once to something you hate... I'm explaining this bc I know nicknames in the US are kind of a touchy subject... In any case, I have to thank my good friend Sophie/YuJu for her help with making a taiwanese kid.
