So sorry for the delay on getting this out. We had a family bereavement which put things out of whack a little, and on top of that we're in the process of moving to a different city (goodbye, Bristol!) There are 2 pages left of this chapter, which I will do my best to get out on time, and then after that I'm going to take a bit of a break so I can move house & get Wifi! Thanks for your patience!
