Class 2-A is full of troublemakers. They often pick fights with each other, tend to be a bit lazy when it comes to school activities, and are very skilled at avoiding responsibilities. Unfortunately for them though, after one year of dealing with that, Suzumi is no longer in the mood to take any of that. Still, the class representatives got their work cut out for them.
