Quick recap: A mysterious man called the Chief about the "Mayor’s girl," Sophie, revealing he knows the Chief kidnapped her. He warned the Chief he’s in serious trouble and offered help—if the Chief does him a favor. Within two months, the Chief must transfer two of the man’s people to his prison, fake their deaths, and make them disappear. In return, the man promised to help him.
