So I started working out again and surviving the first couple of weeks to the point of finally not feeling like I'm about to die. Right on cue though, I ended up getting hit with something that ruined me for a few days. Not sure if I was sick or my allergies just went crazy but it sure as hell wasn't fun. Now back to the grind.
