Oh good, Kurita's contraption works. More importantly, pleased to meet Stumpy, the cuttlefish! Stumpy is named after the stumpy cuttlefish but in size and appearance is more of a broadclub cuttlefish.
Cuttlefish are trained to help out in octopus society, like the fish-herding cuttlefish you can see in the first panel.
