In this episode, we're finally introduced to one of the recurring villains of the series, Ninedeath (and his robot dog Killer-9!) When I first created Radiation Cat back in 2010, these two were the first villains I came up with. However, they are NOT the main villains of this series (You'll have to wait a few more episodes for that). Despite that, I couldn't imagine leaving them out.
