Both an intelligent scientist, and a fierce warrior, The Buron is the man who gave Radiation Cat his powers and will stop at nothing to get his creation back. Radiation Cat actually escaped his facility before the experiment could take full effect, and that's why he considers his current form ''unfinished''.
