In this episode, we're introduced to Nitro's beloved owner, Penny Bermuda. Radiation Cat is extremely loyal to her, and the two do almost everything together. At some point while developing the comic, Radiation Cat really transformed from a simple superhero comic into what I like to think of as a story of a girl and her cat. I always enjoy writing about their dynamic.
