The quickest of recaps: Mary wants to marry Albert Stamp, who Ida also likes. At the garden party (last season), Ida and Mary had a little spat and Ida ran away from the party to elope with the spirit. Albert intervened. Albert and Mina are currently missing after an altercation with the thug Gretchen hired. Mary’s family arranged a search party from the Stamp’s estate. Ida ran off again.
