In Red Hunter, Red Origins, and Kisi the Electron Girl there is a technology that you see on many character's wrist. That technology is O-tag. The O-tag is like a smartwatch that projects a hologram that is connected to everything, especially public utilities like transportation (see in Kisi the Electron Girl and Red Origins), and water distribution (Red Hunter). The O-tag is created by O-tech.
