Muggers can be fans of webshows too. Ha ha, just a little reference to Viva La Dirt League here, and their brilliance. I feel like levity goes a long way in comics. The references WILL NOT end. Especially street fighter ones. Super City (in its original form) was designed from my experiences playing Street Fighter EX 3 growing up (though a lot of people have said it's like dragon ball(?)).
