Anxiety and panic attacks are horrible, here's some things I use to help ground myself: 1. Imagine you're holding this feeling (like it's an orb) at arms length and let it go straight through you. 2. Pick a colour and name 3 things around you that are that colour. 3. Look at cute photos of animals on instagram. (I'll put more in the comments, webtoon has a description limit ><)
