I keep taking biotin and doing hair masks and the inversion method for a week once every month and sleeping on silk pillowcases and zero heat and not washing more than twice a week, but once I hit the 42-45 centimeter range, my ends start getting damaged at the same speed as my hair grows, and I keep having to trim it and start anew... ;_; YES, I MEASURE IT BY CENTIMETERS.
