I don’t think modern computers have had that message for years. Heck, I don’t think they had that message for years when this strip was drawn. Probably a good thing, too; I remember being freaked out as a kid when this message popped up, thinking I’d committed some kind of vile cybercrime. Way to scar kids for life, Microsoft.
