Fun fact!
Isomalt is also the word for a particular type of hard, glass-like sugar used in confection crafts! Eva is the one who named him, Brizzium, and all of the other cyborgs in the Reborn Soldier program. Some still remembered their former human names, and others didn't, but all were given new codenames upon activation. Isomalt was a bit less stable than Brizzium though, and his centaur body stood out more around humans, so once the program was discontinued he spent most of the time in dormant mode, only being woken for particularly difficult (and violent) team up tasks when Brizz needed backup.
