Creator Profile Challenge, Day 22: What's the most unexpected place you found inspiration for your series?

Pyrrhic: Seinfeld. For both Rage!! of the Red Fist and DCG.

Victoria: well this is kinda spoiler territory but a lot of the story and mechanisms of dark creatures/the dark territory in DCG was inspired by fungi and diseases that affect neurocognition (specifically rabies & mad cow disease/crueutzfeldt-jakob). Obvious influences are The Mummy, Elden Ring/Fromsoft JRPGs, Pirates of the Caribbean, Final Fantasy, Nausicaa, Dune, Attack on Titan, Berserk, and Mad Max.
