Clarification to our Terms of Use

We are revising our Terms of Use to provide clarification regarding license of User Postings to WEBTOON. With respect to comics posted on CANVAS, the rights granted to WEBTOON is limited to the sole purpose of marketing and promoting the comics and platform.
Rest assured, CANVAS creators still fully own the intellectual property and rights to their titles - the June 23 update does not change that. WEBTOON does not create derivative work of their CANVAS work, including print, AV, translations, nor any other adaptations.You can read the fully updated Terms of Use here.
