We wanted to share an upcoming change to the platform: the star rating system will be removed across the WEBTOON app, desktop site, and mobile website.

This update will go into effect when the new series home pages launch in mid-to-late June. At that point, ratings will no longer appear on WEBTOON Originals or CANVAS series.

This change is part of our efforts to create a more engaging and welcoming experience for both readers and Creators and aims to prioritize storytelling, creativity, and authentic engagement over scores.
