• What is WEBTOON Premium?

• Starting on September 17th, 2025, WEBTOON Premium will offer subscribers a new way to experience WEBTOON.

• The WEBTOON Premium Plan allows you to automatically top-up your Coins on a monthly-basis and receive bonus coins each month.

• Premium users will also receive new benefits, including ad-free reading, episode discounts, and more. Benefits may vary by plan.

• Once activated, the selected amount will be charged automatically on a recurring basis each month on the first day of your WEBTOON Premium period.

• You can cancel your WEBTOON Premium plan from automatically renewing at any time. You can also withdraw your cancellation before the cancellation is complete.

• WEBTOON Premium plans are provided as Subscriptions on the App Store or Google Play, and are supported in the WEBTOON app only.

• What are the benefits of WEBTOON Premium?

• Your Coin balance will renew automatically every month, saving you from the hassle of repurchasing every time you run low.

• Bonus Coins every month.

• With the $3.99 plan, you will receive 20 Coins every month and 2 bonus Coins as a subscription benefit.

• With the $9.99 plan, you will receive 100 Coins every month and 10 bonus Coins as a subscription benefit.

• With the $19.99 plan, you will receive 200 Coins every month and 25 bonus Coins as a subscription benefit.

• With the $49.99 plan, you will receive 500 Coins every month and 75 bonus Coins as a subscription benefit.

• Ad free-browsing and reading on all Original series (you may still see some ads on CANVAS titles).

• Discounts on all episodes.

• Users subscribed to the $3.99 plan will not receive an episode discount.

• A WEBTOON Shop coupon every month for 15% off purchases over $30. This is provided at the beginning of each month and is accessible under the Coupons menu of the More tab.

• How can I purchase WEBTOON Premium?

• (1) Navigate to the Coin Shop on the WEBTOON app and select WEBTOON Premium

• (2) Choose the WEBTOON Premium plan you would like to activate. You can activate multiple plans.

• You can check your current plans by going to More > Settings > My WEBTOON Premium page on the mobile app.

• Where can I manage my WEBTOON Premium plans?

• You can check your current plan by going to the 'My WEBTOON Premium‘ page under Settings. 

• I'd like to cancel my WEBTOON Premium plan.

• If you want to stop automatic payment, please cancel your WEBTOON Premium plan from the 'Subscriptions' page on the App Store / Google Play or contact Apple Support /Android Help.

• If you cancel, you will not be charged on your next payment date. Until then, your subscription will continue.

• Why isn't my WEBTOON Premium plan showing up in my Subscriptions?

• Please ensure that you're logged into the correct Google Play or Apple ID to ensure that you can further manage your subscription. If you're having trouble locating your subscription, please reach out to Apple Support/Android Help for additional assistance finding your WEBTOON Premium plan.

• Please refund the purchase of WEBTOON Premium.

• To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google support. Please note that you may not be able to refund according to each store policy.

• If the refund is processed, all unspent coins given as part of the subscription will be reclaimed.

• Can I use coins purchased through the WEBTOON Premium Plan on Google Play on iOS device, and vice versa?

• No. Coins purchased through the WEBTOON Premium plan on Google Play cannot be used on iOS devices, and vice versa. You will see an alert upon OS change detection, and will be guided to cancel your WEBTOON Premium from the 'Subscriptions' page on the App Store / Google Play.
