Some of you may notice a new Keywords section in your Creator Dashboard starting October 5.

We're testing keywords to help readers discover series on CANVAS and improve recommendations. Since you know your series best, the new Keywords section lets you choose up to 15 keywords that best represent your story.

For now, the feature is available to some Creators while we test it. What we learn will help us improve it before we bring it to more Creators.

How do I select my keywords?
Go to your Creator Dashboard and open Manage Series. Select your series and click Edit Series. You will be able to see the Keywords section.

Why only 15 keywords?
The limit helps you focus on the keywords that truly represent your series, helping users with specific interests discover your series! You do not need to use all 15.

Can I type in my own keyword?
Keywords are chosen from a set list. A consistent set of keywords makes it easier to organize and surface relevant stories to users, ultimately supporting content discovery.

Why can't I change my keywords for 30 days?
To keep recommendations stable for readers, keywords can't be changed for 30 days after you save a change. We recommend reviewing your choices carefully before saving.
